Last Updated: January 2025

By using the copy trading services provided by FXCT, These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform and services. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Copy Trading Services
1.1 Definition: Our Copy Trading Service allows you to automatically copy the trades of selected traders (“Lead Traders,” “Master Traders,” or “Signal Providers”) on our platform. Parameters such as trade size, leverage, take-profit, and stop-loss may be set based on the Lead Trader’s settings or your preferences, where applicable.
1.2 Purpose: The service is designed to enable you to replicate the trading strategies of experienced traders. However, trading involves significant risks, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
1.3 Eligibility: To use our services, you must:
•Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
•Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
•Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction.
•Not reside in any restricted or prohibited jurisdictions as determined by the Company.

2. Risk Disclosure
2.1 High Risk: Copy trading is highly speculative and carries a significant risk of loss, including the potential to lose more than the amount allocated to copy a trader. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred.
2.2 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the performance of any Lead Trader, trading strategy, or portfolio. The profits or losses you incur may differ from those of the Lead Trader due to market conditions, latency, liquidity, or other factors.
2.3 Independent Research: You should use the information provided on our platform as a starting point for your own research and investment decisions. Copy trading does not constitute financial advice, and you should not rely solely on platform data to make investment decisions.
2.4 Market Risks: You are subject to typical market risks, including slippage, rejected orders, platform outages, and volatility, which may affect trade execution.

3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the account opening process. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
3.2 Suitability Assessment: We may assess whether copy trading is suitable for you based on information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and we are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate data.
3.3 Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees, including those charged by the Company and/or Lead Traders (e.g., performance fees, subscription fees, or commission). Fee structures are outlined on the platform and may vary by trader or strategy.

4. Lead Trader Responsibilities
4.1 Trading Restrictions: Lead Traders must adhere to our trading requirements, including pre-setting gain/loss limits and using only the market value and maximum available assets for trades.
4.2 Capital Contribution: Lead Traders may be required to maintain a minimum level of their own funds in their strategy account (e.g., 2% of total followers’ funds) to align interests with followers.
4.3 Prohibited Activities: Lead Traders must not engage in manipulative, abusive, or fraudulent trading practices, including wash trading, performance manipulation, or system abuse. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Platform Rights and Responsibilities
5.1 Monitoring and Intervention: We reserve the right to monitor the performance of Lead Traders and trading strategies. We may pause, stop, or block any trader or strategy from being copied if we detect prohibited activities, poor performance, or other risks to users.
5.2 Service Termination: We may terminate or suspend the Copy Trading Service or your account at our discretion, including but not limited to:
•Violation of these Terms.
•Suspected fraudulent or bad-faith activities.
•Regulatory or market conditions requiring termination.
5.3 Modifications: We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification via email or other channels. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
5.4 No Liability for Trader Actions: We are not liable for any actions, decisions, or omissions by Lead Traders or for any losses resulting from their trades.
